Identity before information.
An address or parcel mismatch matters. Our development priorities include checking property identity before presenting a Snapshot.

Meet WPPI. A Windows desktop workspace designed to bring county property records, key details, and the official card into one research workflow.
01 / THE PRODUCT
For anyone who regularly needs county property appraiser information—from appointment setters and home-improvement businesses to real estate professionals. Follow a property from the search to the record behind it.
Keep the value label and year with the amount. A county valuation is not a listing price.
The official card provides context for the facts you are reviewing.
Designed to check the property identity before using a manually opened card.
Product concept with fictional example data. Not a live lookup or a screenshot of the released application.
02 / OUR APPROACH
Founder John Newman, a service-disabled Army veteran, regularly researched county property appraiser websites while setting appointments for windows and doors. That firsthand experience guides WPPI: a practical workspace that keeps property information connected to its official source.
An address or parcel mismatch matters. Our development priorities include checking property identity before presenting a Snapshot.
Missing information should stay missing. Value labels, raw property types, and building context deserve to be preserved.
Keep the official record accessible and leave room for a closer look. Research needs human judgment as well as useful software.
03 / WHAT’S NEXT
WPPI is in internal testing. We’re working toward a dependable Windows desktop product, with county and property-type validation still underway. Monthly subscriptions are planned for individuals and teams.
Public downloads, subscription purchases, and a release date are not available yet.
WPPI is a Windows desktop application. This website introduces the company and product; it does not run property searches.
The current integration work spans Florida and selected Pennsylvania counties. Availability will be announced by county and property type as testing is completed.
The Snapshot is designed to show the supported valuation from the county record, with its value label and year when available. That amount is not automatically a listing price, sale price, or certified appraisal.
Not yet. WPPI is planned as a monthly subscription for individuals and teams. Public availability and pricing will be announced after release requirements are met.
