Use the Windows CRM shortcut

Available in WPPI for Windows 144.0.0.54. Keep WPPI open; it may be minimized. The Mac workflow is unchanged.

  1. Highlight the full property address in any app that supports normal text copying — your email, browser, document or CRM — including city and state or ZIP.
  2. Press and release Ctrl + Alt + W once. WPPI copies the selected address and researches in the background. A separate Ctrl+C is not needed.
  3. Watch for the translucent Snapshot preview when copying finishes. It displays the copied result for about four seconds near the lower-right corner of your current screen. It leaves your CRM in focus and lets clicks pass through. The original WPPI taskbar icon stays unchanged.
  4. Click your CRM notes field and press Ctrl + V. Review and save the notes there. The Snapshot remains available in WPPI.

See the shortcut in our 46-second TikTok walkthrough → Illustrated Windows workflow; not a timed lookup. AI-generated scenes and voice.

WINDOWS SHORTCUT · NARRATION ONLY · NO MUSIC

Any copyable address. One familiar shortcut.

In an email, a browser, a document or your CRM: highlight the full Florida address, including city and state or ZIP. With WPPI running, press Ctrl + Alt + W once. WPPI researches in the background and copies the available Snapshot. Paste it into editable notes, review and save.

40 seconds · Approved synthetic narration, no background music. Illustrated workflow, not a timed live lookup. Available county facts and lookup times vary. Playing this demo turns off the optional scene sound.

The address must be selectable text in an app that supports normal copying; text inside an image needs to be made selectable first. Keep that app in front while WPPI copies the selection. Windows only; WPPI must already be running. No direct CRM integration or automatic paste/save.

Plans from $29/month. No card for the trial. No automatic charges.

  1. With Wolf People Property Intelligence running, highlight a full Florida address right where you’re working.
  2. Press Ctrl+Alt+W once. The app researches in the background, with no separate copy step.
  3. Your Snapshot is copied, and a brief preview appears. Available owner, property type, year built and county value come together.
  4. Click your lead notes. Press Ctrl+V. Review the facts, and save.
  5. Use the same shortcut for the next address. Less searching and retyping, more time for your next conversation.

Illustrated workflow. Coverage, facts and timing vary.

Snapshot status lines

Verified For Sale, Foreclosed, Foreclosure and Pre-Foreclosure statuses appear as plain lines in the Snapshot and copied text, without a “Status:” prefix. For Sale by Owner is shortened to For Sale. Verified Sold appears in the upper-right indicator and is omitted from the copied Snapshot. Pending checks and unavailable results are never treated as Sold.

Copy notification and clipboard

The preview closes automatically after about four seconds; it does not depend on detecting paste. Right-click/menu paste also works normally. Notifications are silent. Automatic copy includes the result of the bounded listing check when available and replaces the clipboard with the completed Snapshot, even if you copied something else during research.

Shortcut settings

Right-click SEARCH ADDRESS and use Enable Ctrl+Alt+W shortcut. Keyboard users can focus that button and press Shift+F10. Settings and status stay in that menu, keeping the workspace clear.

The selected text must be in an app supporting normal Ctrl+C. Keep that app in front while WPPI copies the selection. A failed selection copy never reuses an older clipboard address. Supported coverage and normal property verification apply; ambiguous matches or county sites requiring interaction may need attention in WPPI. This workflow needs no CRM login or API setup and does not automatically paste or save CRM records.
