Monthly plans

• Solo: $29 USD per month, 1 user/device activation.
• Pro: $59 USD per month, up to 3 user/device activations.
• Business: $109 USD per month, up to 20 user/device activations.
• Enterprise: $179 USD per month; 21 or more activations, with the finite seat count confirmed at enrollment.

These are total monthly plan prices before any applicable taxes. Each computer requires its own device-bound activation. Contact support before an Enterprise rollout so the seat count and early-access service capacity can be confirmed.

When payment starts

In the current Windows app or Intel Mac preview, choose Subscribe / Sign in, verify your account email and review the selected plan. Your computer is connected automatically. Older app versions retain Advanced legacy activation steps. The purchase form requires your explicit monthly-subscription consent. Stripe collects payment details. Billing starts when you complete checkout, even if your original trial has time remaining; no second trial is added.

The subscription renews monthly at the selected price until canceled. Starting or recovering the free trial does not authorize a subscription.

Cancel future renewal

Sign in to your WPPI customer account and choose Manage billing in Stripe. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can also update payment details and view invoices in Stripe.

Device access and saved data

Paid device licenses renew online and provide up to 24 hours of offline access at a time, within the paid subscription period. Connect each licensed computer for automatic renewal. Failed payments, full refunds, revoked devices or an ended subscription can stop further renewal. Existing signed licenses expire at their stated deadline. Your saved properties and notes remain on your computer.

Refund requests and support

Use Request refund review in your customer account or contact support@wolfpeoplepropertyintelligence.com. Requests are reviewed by WPPI; submitting a request does not itself issue a refund. A full refund stops further paid-license renewal. This description does not limit rights that apply under law.

Check your workflow before buying

WPPI is offered in early access. Available information and lookup steps depend on the official source and exact property. County records do not establish lead eligibility, project suitability or contact consent. Review coverage and test your own addresses during the free trial. The unsigned Intel Mac preview has separate installation requirements.
