Already installed? Choose Check for Updates in WPPI, then accept the verified restart when you’re ready. Your existing license, original trial dates, saved properties, notes and Favorites stay in place. Keep your data folders and retained recovery files. Use the installer or support instructions if an older installation cannot use the updater.
Current signed installer: Paste a full property address and WPPI selects its supported county automatically. Include the city, state and ZIP when available. WPPI asks for a county only when the location remains unresolved or ambiguous. Removes the manual Zillow button and workspace prompt. Automatic verified listing checks, county-card diagnostics and local address diagnostics remain available.
Trusted automatic updates: After this one-time setup, WPPI checks the website quietly once a day while the app is running. When a signed update is available, you choose when to restart and install it. The signed updater retains the previous executable for recovery if startup fails.
Windows early access: use your trial to check the addresses and workflow your team needs. The signed installer passed the documented Windows acceptance checks; see the release notes for tested scenarios and limits. Paste the full address to resolve the county automatically. If official sources return more than one location, WPPI asks you to choose before showing verified property facts. County service outages may still require manual recovery.
Published coverage: This Mac release includes 32 PA county engines; 35 counties remain manual or limited, and Erie owner lookup is unavailable. Further PA expansion is paused. Read the county list and property limits.

Install or update each Mac
Installation: Open the ZIP and downloaded app, then choose Install & Open. Quit an installed WPPI first. A previous app is retained as a recoverable backup.
Mac clipboard controls: A newly verified summary copies automatically. Use Property → Copy homeowner output (Shift+Command+C) to copy it again, or Property → Copy normalized address (Option+Command+C) for only the address. Paste into your destination with Command+V.
Automatic Mac trial: open online and your signed 14-day trial starts without email, card, copied Device ID or license import. Reinstalling retains the original deadline. Existing licenses and owner/company access are preserved. If first open is offline, choose Retry automatic trial in License and activation.
Subscribe / Sign in: use this app button anytime, including after expiry. Verify your email and the matching short connection code in the browser, then explicitly choose a plan or eligible company access. WPPI activates automatically after signed access is verified. Closing the activation window or restarting resumes a pending connection. Trial access never charges automatically. Older licenses can still use Advanced — legacy file activation.
Mac listing status: exact-property checks send the matched address to Zillow. Verified status appears only in the upper-right Snapshot corner; property summaries and copied text omit it. County value/type/year/owners stay independent. Pending or unavailable does not mean off market. Saved sale evidence resets before a fresh check.
Automatic diagnostics included. Diagnostics connect automatically after normal Mac license activation. No separate diagnostics file is needed. Failure reports upload on window close, Quit and after 6 p.m. while running. Offline reports retry. Each Mac receives its own upload-only Keychain credential; no shared credential is bundled.
Update checks enabled. WPPI checks daily while open and tells you when a newer Mac release is available. Choose WPPI → Check for updates… at any time. Download updates from this page, quit WPPI, open the downloaded app and choose Install & Open; your existing license, saved properties and diagnostics connection stay on your Mac. Do not uninstall WPPI or delete its data to update. An update does not require re-activating valid access or starting a new trial; original signed trial dates remain unchanged. This unsigned preview uses the normal macOS approval process.
