Automatic Windows and current Mac preview trials: WPPI sends its local device identifier over HTTPS to receive a signed, fixed 14-day trial. No email or card is collected for this trial. The service retains a one-way device hash and original dates to prevent repeat trials. The signed trial record is eligible for removal 30 days after expiry and is cleared as the service processes requests; the one-way hash and dates remain. Account-connection requests expire after 20 minutes and are purged as the service processes requests. Subscription sign-in and billing still require your verified email and explicit purchase consent.
For older app activation and customer accounts, WOLF PEOPLE PROPERTY INTELLIGENCE LLC uses your email address to verify ownership, deliver and recover your license, and provide support. Your device identifier binds the license to the account and computer you activate. Signup request limits help prevent email abuse and duplicate trials. No card details are requested, no paid subscription is created, and signup does not add you to a marketing list.
Trial information is stored in private Azure storage. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; code text is removed after delivery or expiry. The active service removes your email address, full device identifier and license file from trial records 30 days after the trial expires. One-way email and device hashes remain to prevent repeat trials. Delivery records are removed 30 days after their validity period. Your saved properties stay on your Windows PC or Mac.
For approved complimentary company access, your verified company email and device association are retained to manage access and renewal while the offer remains enabled. This does not create a paid subscription. Contact support to remove an access record.

After your free trial, you can choose a paid monthly subscription through your customer account. Payment starts only when you complete checkout; the free trial never charges automatically.
Contact messages
When you send the contact form, we collect the name, reply email, topic and message you enter so WPPI can respond. Messages are stored privately in the existing website service and are available only to the WPPI owner. They are separate from anonymous website analytics and do not enroll you in marketing emails. When enabled, a separate Google mail automation receives only a random delivery reference and submission time so it can alert WPPI to a new message. Your name, reply address and message text stay in the private website inbox.
Messages expire from the inbox after 90 days. Expired records are removed when the form or inbox is next used. A random submission code prevents an uncertain retry from storing the same message twice; no IP address or visitor identifier is stored with the message. Basic spam checks and shared submission limits protect the service. Please do not include passwords, payment information or customer records.
You can ask about your contact information by emailing support@wolfpeoplepropertyintelligence.com. You can submit a message even when optional website measurement is paused. Prefer email? The direct email links use your own email service instead of this form.
State coverage requests
The state-request form asks only for a state and an optional team category. We keep these as daily request totals, separate from website analytics. No name, email, property address or visitor identifier is collected by this form. Requests are feedback, not unique-person counts or a marketing-email signup.
A random submission code prevents a retry from counting twice. It expires after 24 hours; expired codes and daily totals older than 90 days are removed as new requests are processed. The form sends a request only when you submit it, even if website measurement is paused. If you choose to email a coverage request, your email is handled as a business or support inquiry.
Website measurement
We count page views and actions such as demo starts, trial links, visits to the download page, installer-button requests and social links, grouped by page and campaign. A demo start is not a completed view. A download-page visit is not an installer request; verified installer bytes do not prove a file was saved or the app was installed. TikTok visits are recognized from a supported referrer or our /tiktok entry link; in-app visits without either may appear as direct traffic. These are event totals, not unique people. We do not send form entries, email addresses, device identifiers, full URLs or browsing histories to this measurement service. No advertising pixels or visitor IDs are used.
Only a limited campaign category is kept in this browser, including between tabs, for up to 30 minutes. For the earlier email-based trial flow, when measurement is enabled, that category can accompany your signup request so we can count successfully issued new trial licenses by campaign. The signup service removes its temporary campaign reference after issuance or expiry. Campaign totals contain no email address, device identifier or license ID. Website daily totals and trial campaign totals use a 90-day reporting window. Older totals are removed when the measurement service next receives traffic or you open the report. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. You can pause measurement on this browser below; that preference is saved locally.
Hosting and trial services may keep operational security logs under their own retention rules. Social platforms apply their own policies when you follow an external link.
