HOMEOWNER LOOKUP SOFTWARE
Homeowner lookup software.
From address to CRM notes.
When a lead arrives with a property address, the next task is often straightforward: understand the property before you spend more time on the conversation. The friction is all the steps in between.
What homeowner lookup software should help you do
A practical tool should help you identify the right property, review available owner and building information, keep the official source accessible, and move the result into your working notes. WPPI is designed around that workflow for supported county sources—not around selling a new list of leads.
A repeatable desktop workflow
- Select the complete property address in your lead and copy it with Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac.
- Click WPPI’s Windows taskbar icon or Mac Dock icon. Its address field stays selected after a lookup.
- Press Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac. Pasting replaces the selected address and starts the lookup.
- Review the available Property Snapshot and open the official county record where needed.
- Switch to your CRM or notes and press Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac to paste the latest automatically copied result.
The time required depends on the county site, connection and property match. Some addresses need a closer look at the official record.
If your leads live in LeadPerfection or another CRM, follow the property research workflow for CRM teams to move from an existing lead address to a manually pasted research note.
The details worth keeping together
Supported results may include owner names, a county-labeled valuation, property type and year built. Keep the value label and record context with the number. A county just/market value is not necessarily a current asking price or recent sale price.
Check unit numbers, street direction and parcel identity when a match is uncertain. A partial match should not become a confident sales note.
Copy the address or the whole Snapshot
On Windows, WPPI copies the normalized street address before the Snapshot. Enable Windows clipboard history before lookup, then use Windows+V in a destination text field to choose the address or Snapshot. On Mac, choose Property → Copy normalized address (Option+Command+C), then paste with Command+V. To copy the current summary again on Mac, use Property → Copy homeowner output (Shift+Command+C). A newly verified Snapshot copies automatically on both platforms.
Try your own addresses before deciding
Get homeowner information into your notes with fewer steps. Check the coverage list, then use the fourteen-day trial on the properties you actually research. On Windows or the current Intel Mac preview, download, install and open WPPI online. Your 14-day trial starts automatically, with no email, credit card, Device ID or license import. Choose Subscribe / Sign in inside WPPI whenever you’re ready to buy a plan or restore access. See Mac requirements and installation steps. Older app versions retain Advanced legacy activation.
