Example properties. These are two public-building demonstrations. For a home address, WPPI displays the property type or land-use description available in the county record. Labels, details, coverage and lookup time vary by county, property match and connection. Recorded lookup clips run at 1×, with labeled review pauses. The wolf scene is illustrative AI artwork; narration is synthetic.

01 / YOUR ADDRESS

Start with the lead you have.

Copy the property address, open WPPI and paste. WPPI looks for the matching official county record.

02 / COUNTY CONTEXT

Review the available record.

Check available owner, property type or land use, year built and value. Keep the county’s label and value basis with the amount.

03 / YOUR CRM NOTES

Paste the copied summary.

The result copies automatically. Switch to an editable notes field, paste the text, review it and save in your CRM.

Keep the county’s meaning.

The examples retain the official 8900 MUNICIPAL and 9040 LEASED/TPA land-use labels. They describe the matched county parcels, not a residential prospect or the whole Convention Center site. County land use can differ from a building description.
